Trends
Most diets will show results fast - in fact often too
fast. Dropping fat at a fast pace leads to the "Yo-Yo"
syndrome, which is when you lose weight and it comes right
back. Why is that? When you first begin any diet you will
lose weight quickly as your body disposes of excess water
and bloat. As long as you stick to your diet (easier said
then done) and exercise regularly you should continue to
lose weight. At some point you stop doing the things that
helped you achieve your goals. This is when weight gain
can reappear. Nobody wants to live their life counting every
calorie they eat.
Making xLA a part of your daily routine will help ensure
that the weight you lose stays off. By using xLA even after
you're satisfied with the new you, you're allowing yourself
to eat healthy and even splurge here and there without worrying
about rapid weight gain which would defeat all of the hard
work you achieved.
xLA is a wonderful complement to virtually all popular diets
including the recently validated Atkins Diet. Being on a
low carbohydrate diet can be rough. Your brain is craving
carbohydrates and then once you start indulging, the diet
has been ruined. Getting through a day or so isn't that
hard but when you reach midweek it becomes painful. One
option is to eat ketogenic diet friendly foods like breadless
bread and flourless pancakes. However, your goal should
be to enjoy while dieting and to become healthy and maintain
a healthy way of life. Certainly you do not want to eat
a diet full of things that tastes like a combination of
baby powder and hay!
xLA allows you to cheat while on The Atkins Diet. We're
not telling you to wander off Dr. Atkins' path, but if the
craving for carbs becomes unbearable, you will feel good
knowing that the xLA you are taking (extra before you cheat)
will allow you stay in the state of "ketosis"
which is the goal of the diet.
